High vibration doesn't always mean heavenly. High vibrations are high frequency and fast paced movement. When I am anxious, I feel the high vibrations. I feel it through my body. My head is floating away, and I lose a sense of reality. I feel my body vibrate and I need to be anchored down to get the slightest sense of relief.
